The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG issue an annual Corporate Governance Statement pursuant to Sections 289f and 315d of the German Commercial Code.

As the main instrument for Corporate Governance reporting (Principle 23 of the German Corporate Governance Code), the Corporate Governance Statement includes relevant information on corporate governance practices, a description of the composition and the way in which the key bodies work as well as the declaration of compliance pursuant to Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act.
