Hamburg – Jungheinrich has entered into a strategic partnership with Panattoni Germany to jointly offer turnkey and sustainable logistics solutions under the name “All-in-One Warehouse Solution”. This cooperation combines Panattoni's expertise in real estate development with Jungheinrich's intralogistics prowess; customers are supported throughout the entire development and life cycle of a logistics property. The focus is on sustainable solutions which fulfil the functional requirements of the logistics sector and offer joint customers a wider, modular range of products and services.
The cooperation between Panattoni and Jungheinrich focuses on the integrated realisation of operational logistics properties. Panattoni contributes its expertise in the identification of appropriate sites and the development of real estate projects. The developer places particular value on the revitalisation of brownfield sites and the utilisation of renewable energies. Jungheinrich complements this expertise with its comprehensive material flow consulting and its prowess in intralogistics, from configuring warehouses with modern racking and industrial trucks to digital solutions for the efficient control of operational processes.
In line with an “All-in-One Warehouse Solution”, the joint cooperation project between Panattoni and Jungheinrich includes continuous support and control from the initial idea to realisation and turnkey delivery. Customer requirements, especially in the build-to-suit sector, are defined at an early stage in consultation between the user and both project specialists. This ensures the creation of an efficient and sustainable overall concept with customised property and intralogistics. The results are optimised utilisation of space and greater efficiency in operation of the property. The use of high-quality materials and innovative products also guarantees a sustainable, high-quality solution. Panattoni is responsible for project planning for the property and any construction work required during this process. Jungheinrich's services range from technical consultation and rental solutions to a comprehensive after-sales service for intralogistics. Not only does this ensure that the property is optimally customised to the customer's requirements, but that it can also be operated efficiently and in a future-proof manner.
Jungheinrich Sales Director Nadine Despineux also praises these advantages: “Our “All-in-One Warehouse Solution” involves Panattoni and Jungheinrich working together to reduce the complexity of developing new warehouse projects. Instead of having to coordinate numerous contacts for planning, construction and fit-out, as was previously the case, our customers now receive their entire warehouse as a turnkey solution from a single source, perfectly customised to meet their respective requirements. Jungheinrich's material flow analysis ensures that the most efficient and cost-effective intralogistics are always used.”
“Our partnership enables us to offer both new and existing customers customised solutions that exceed our existing range and expand our portfolio. Working with Jungheinrich, we are able to offer optimum flexibility and versatility when meeting the current, long-term requirements for logistics, production and retail,” explains Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner of Panattoni Germany and Austria.
