Hamburg – Jungheinrich will present its latest solutions for the connected and efficient material flows of the future from 11 to 13 March at LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart. Under the heading “Connected solutions that fit. From every perspective.” the company will demonstrate how material flows can be optimised according to individual customer needs by seamlessly integrating manual and automated processes. A particular highlight of this year’s trade fair presentation will be the new ETV 3i reach truck.
Holistically connected material flow solutions
In Hall 9 of the trade fair, Jungheinrich will present its “Connected Solutions” concept, developed to help companies of all sizes make their material handling processes more efficient and future-proof. The focus here is on precisely connecting manual and automated applications to ensure a continuous process chain. The components of the solutions, which can be expanded modularly, are connected end-to-end and can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements in the warehouse. Jungheinrich will also focus on providing extensive consultation and establishing long-term partnerships to support companies throughout their journey towards digital transformation.
Premiere: The new ETV 3i reach truck
Jungheinrich will present the ETV 3i as a product innovation at LogiMAT 2025, a high-performance reach truck specially designed for demanding usages that require a high degree of handling performance. The truck combines maximum energy efficiency, the highest ergonomic standards and the most advanced safety functions. It offers optimised performance with load-bearing capacities of up to 2.5 tonnes as well as a high residual lifting capacity. Thanks to the most advanced lithium-ion technology, the reach truck exhibits outstanding energy efficiency. The improved ergonomics ensure greater driving comfort due to a height-adjustable air seat, a larger windscreen and an optimised boarding step, among other features. In addition, innovative features like the SmartStripe light strip increase visibility in the warehouse, thereby enhancing safety in day-to-day operation.
IFOY-nominated trucks: ETV 214i and EFG 425
In addition to the new ETV 3i, Jungheinrich will present the IFOY Award-nominated ETV 214i and EFG 425 trucks at LogiMAT 2025. The ETV 214i is nominated in the “Warehouse Truck Highlifter” category and, with its energy-efficient lithium-ion technology and ergonomic design, sets new standards in its truck class. Its innovative battery concept enables a compact design, with generous space for the driver, a low boarding height and a simultaneously improved field of view. This makes it easier to operate the truck and provides maximum efficiency in warehouses with high stacking heights and narrow aisles.
Jungheinrich will also demonstrate its EFG 425 electric counterbalanced truck at LogiMAT 2025, nominated for an IFOY Award in the “Counter Balanced Truck” category. It is an impressive truck, with its high-performance electric drive technology that offers an emission-free alternative to IC engine-powered forklift trucks. Thanks to its innovative panoramic roof and optimised design to provide a maximum field of view, the truck ensures the highest level of safety and comfort. The combination of strong performance, energy efficiency and robust vehicle handling makes it the ideal solution for demanding applications both indoors and out.
Hybrid showcase: Clever digital connection – manual and automatic processes perfectly coordinated
A particular highlight of the trade fair will be the hybrid showcase at the Jungheinrich stand. Visitors here can enjoy a live experience of how manual and automated processes seamlessly complement each other to provide efficient material flows. From incoming goods to order picking to outgoing goods – all of the stages are perfectly coordinated with each other and digitally connected.
